How many are still waiting amongst 1999 filers of I-485

I am waiting for my expired finger prints to be redone.I think it is the computer glitch, that does not generate FP notices in time in some cases. I have contacted IIO several times. Every time the explanation is "I can request to generate FP notice". But computer does not generate, which should be a automatic process.But eventually I have contacted local senator.Let\'s see if it will work.By the way my notice date is 8/1999.

Second Anniversary on Dec 6th, 2001

I\'ll be celebrating my Second Anniversary on Dec 6th, 2001 of my
I-485 Receipt Date, without my 2nd FP Notice(1st Expired on Aug 4, 2001), my 2nd EAD(applied on August 23, 2001), without any information on when I\'ll receive my 2nd FP Notice inspite of the following attempts to get an answer from the TSC.
1. Senator talked to TSC Twice(on 9.24.2001 & 11.5.2001).
2. Wrote 23 Letters to TSC requesting FP NOTICES.
3. Faxed 37 G-731T inquiring the status of my case.
4. Talked TO IIO 3 Times.
5. Asked my Attorneys to either write a letter or talk to them for FP NOTICE.

WHAT ELSE CAN I DO OTHER THAN THE ABOVE TO GET A NOTICE.

One thing that all the TSC applicants can do. SATYAGRAHA in front of TSC Office.(This might be the Brahma Astra if it works).
 
Hi All ! Please Post details if you have I-485 ND before Dec 31st 1999....

FP : 1st expired(6/01)..2nd given today (after calling IIO 4 times)
EAD: 2nd one getting expired..applied for 3rd one...
I485 ND: 12/99.

My RD is Sept. 18 1999, my case has been transferred to Atlanta INS on Aug. 13, 2001. Still waiting for a word.

Still waiting I-485 desperately!!!!!!

I-485 RD: 12/02/1999, ND: 12/15/1999, First FP: 03/14/2000 (expired),
requst the 2nd FP notice many times, NO Response from INS!!

Guys,

I faced the same problem when my 1st FP expired in May 2001.
After that I sent around 25 faxes to TSC,
called TSC 10 times they always kept telling me "I can only request for 2nd FP, but I can\'t tell you when you will receive it",
asked lawyer to send letters and contacted Senator office.

At senator\'s office they told me TSC is process I-485 July 99 cases
(this was in the month of June) they asked me to wait until the
I-485 processing date becomes current ( for me which is Oct 99).
I told them they can send me my 2nd FP even if my I-485 processing
date is not current, so that my approval is not delayed due to
expired FP.

Later in August 9,2001 Senator office told me to wait for
two months to get my FP. I waited 2 months and on 60th day
I finally got my 2nd FP. It was an ordeal to get it done.

Now it is almost 20 days since 2nd FP and my case is still
pending when I inquired TSC last week. FBI cleared
my 2nd FP on the same day.

I am planning to call TSC next week to check my status.

Keep trying don\'t lose hope.

Guys,
Called TSC yes\'day.Could able to connect to TSC in 15 minutes.Thought lucky but only to learn that IIO\'s had some EMERGENCY work and are not able to talk to me(was a recorded message).Tried today but not able to get the line.Know anything about that?????????
