My attorney plans to run 3 newspaper ads, over three months for RIR processing. Is that standard? I've heard of people running one ad. What do you suggest?

Result -- Waiting
In PA: Comapny B -- Jun 2002
Three Ad in Patriot News within a month
Result -- Approved from local SESA, Waiting for Regional (Philly) DOL
