How many 2002 filers with expired FPs received 2 nd FP?

Dear oocyte,
I received my 2nd fp's on Oct 12 for the date Nov 4th. I did it on November 4th. I am sorry that you did not get your's. I contacted congressman and also had my Attorney send a letter requesting the 2nd fp. I think the Attorney's letter made the change because he also received one copy of my 2nd fp. Do something

I received mine for Oct 6, 2004 and did on the same day

I485 RD Oct 2002
Transferred to local office Sep 6
interview scheduled on Dec 3rd
 
I did fax many times but did not work. But better to send a letter from the Attorney. That will save your time and effort.
 
Hi, I got the second FP notice through the help of my local congressman's office. It was scheduled on 12/14/04, but we did it early on 11/6/04. Try to talk to your congressman and good luck!
