How long at an average it is taking to get h1 ext from TSC from the date of sending u\'r petition.I repeat from date of sending petition.Please reply if any one knows
My lawyer\'s office sent my H1B extension application on 11-16-01. Receipt date was 11-29-01 and the approval date was 02-08-02. It took around 3 months.
