My wife a green card holder files an I-130 from Texas Cervice Centre on May, 23, 2003. The receipt they send us show the time limit for 990-999 days, then it updated on May 23, 2004 to 550-500 days, since then it has not been updated. can any one tell how much time it will now take to get approved.

it took me 4 years .

mine took me 4 years to get aprouved from 2001 . I guess things are moving faster now . I beleived that you should probably wait for some more years because case get approuve some month behind the priority date for a visa number from the state departement .
