Hi All,

USCIS received my RFE papers back on 8/28/2004(LUD changed). I had my Fp2 done on 9/9/2004. The FP results and Name check(confirmed with FBI) results were recieved on 9/12/2004. I called this week to initiate a status inquiry. Now my question is how long do I have to wait to get the approval?

Please Help!

You still don't get it do you ?

Look, Mr Case Officer with an obese 300 punds body and scant knowledge
of the world outside of Vermont, and a white skin, is the mainstream guy
here. He decides when. He's the mainstream guy here...who are you..
an alien ..right ?

He's mainstream America, you are not. So he decides your life and future.
You will hear when he lifts his big huge ass off his stinking couch to
look at your papers, not before that.

parth_01945,

do not wory, some of us had same problem.. i had read in this forum people have been waiting nearly 60 days after their RFE sent...Looks like they were busy with approving June2003 applications and hoping that they will come back.....for us.... So we will keep our fingers cross.

Don't blame to an white-skin USCIS employee. The problem of immigration is not some bad employees, but the whole underfunded too-much-politicized (or too-less-politicized) USCIS system.
If you are so negative about white-skin 300 pounds obese people, why are you immigrating here anyway.
BTW, after getting GC or citizenship you will be so happy that you won't even remember anything about immigration/USCIS - especially thinking about or supporting any effort to improve immigration/USCIS system in this country. That's the very reason why immigration is the 3rd rail in current politics.

Dont worry dude, you will get it soon. You just have to be lucky. That is the only possible explanation of VSC approvals these days.

Speaking for who ?

Not many people post messages like that. It seems you are having hard time to figure out who I was speaking about. That explains why you post message like that.

Mr. Pralay,
Sumanta has been waiting for approx 800 days.
Once you go thru this helluva time like him and see that USCIS has bypassed you, You will understand.
Peace.

Well, last two years I come to this forum pretty much regularly. There is no doubt that many people have frustrations - the reasons for frustrations are absolutely valid. In fact every person comes to this forum has his/her own personal story. Different people vent their frustrations different way. However, referring USCIS employee "obese 300 pounds body" or "white-skin" is not exactly nice way to vent frustrations, atleast not in this forum. And if you visit this forum regularly, you won't find many postings like Sumantha's particular posting - even though many people are frustrated. Incompetence has nothing to do with a person's body or strature. There are many USCIS employees who are immigrant themselves, just like you and me. On the other hand, there are many 300 pounds obese white-skin immigrants too.

What a "nice" attitude! Everyone has a right to complain about the quality of services he/she is getting. But if you have a problem with somebody's skin color, gender, religion or body shape - you should seriously reconsider your wishes to live in this country. I don't know how is it called in the country you are from, but here similar proclamations are known as racism and discrimination.

While somebody's frustrations about this whole immigration process could be well understandable, spreading of negative emotions all around this forum doesn't help anybody. :(

Everybody is talking negative and bad things but that's not my question..
My question is very simple and answer may be very tough. But i justed wanted to know the opinions of people.

Hi, I don't know if you still remember me? We had the almost same date and RFE and FP2. We got approved and stamped already (see my signature). You will be the next!

Good luck.
