How long would it take for my parents to get their Green cards or visas?

I am an American Citizen and I am going to file the I-30 on behalf of both my parents. Any ideas in regards of the time frame? How long would it take for them to get their green cards or visas to come in to the country?

CSC is currently processing cases filed Nov 2003. You can see processing dates on www.cis.gov. Look up the appropriate service center. No matter where you file from, it's relatively quick.
