How long with same employer after approval

I got my approval on April 16th and stamped on April 24th. There are some issues with my current employer and I wouldn\'t like to stick around any more. Is there any mandatory rule that we should be with the same employer for some duration after approval..

I don\'t believe there is a specific rule on this. The basic line is: the employment based greencard is issued because you have an "intention" to work for this employer permanently. But things do change. If your employer will not make trouble for you at INS, to question your original intention, I guess that you can leave at any time.

Just my personal opinion.
