how long will the TN history records be kept?

My TN application for my first job offer in USA was denied. Current my status is TD, and I hope I am still able to look for another job in States, and apply TN again.
However, the TN officer told me he had copied all my records, is it possible to know how long they will keep all the history records? Do I still have the chance to get my TN approved someday?

You're a "3 striker" on TN applications I would not attempt another TN entry without legal representation at the border.
That means you find an excellent immigration lawyer, one who has a GREAT and verifiable track record and be completely honest with them about your 3 failed TN attempts.
You completely fail to realize how thin the ice is that you are skating on with respect to a 3 or 5 year bar from the U.S.
Unless you have a monetary crisis here in the US I would wait a while, the lawyer you see could suggest a realistic wait time, before you attempt a 4th TN entry.
