How long will RFE be sent out?

Talked with IIO couple of days ago and was told RFE will be sent for me.
However, AVM haven\'t been changed and no RFE received.

Question:
which will happen first, AVM change or RFE sending? or do they happen at the same time? How long between generating RFE and actually mailing it out?

I got my RFE by officer on Apr 5 and was mailed on Apr13 the AVM changed on Apr 15 and my lawyer received the RFE on Apr 25
