how long will it take?

does anyone have a idea of how long it usually takes for a brother/sister of a US citizen to have their priority date to become current. the person is born in china and fall under the F4 catagory and the petition was approved in 4/97. will the PD become current around 4/07(10 years) or even longer then that??? please advise. any ideas are appreciated.

Go to the Department of State website and in the part of the Visa Bulletin you will get your answer.
