how long will it take to receive final decision of I140 (EB1A) after submission of RF

Hi, Anybody it may concern:
I submitted my I140 via EB1A in Nebraska center in Nov. 2002, and was asked to provide additional evidence on April.9, 2003. We sent required additional evidences which were received by BCIS on May 7, 2003. It said it will take 150-180 days to send my a final decision about my case. It seems too long, I hope that somebody has similar experiences as my case, could you tell me generally how long it will take to receive the final decision after submission of additional evidences.

Normally the turnaround time after receipt of response for RFE
is 2 to 3 weeks. The automated message is not accurate.

I was asked to provide the evidence that I am a member of some society that only outstanding persons are quantifyed.
