H helge Registered Users (C) Oct 15, 2002 #2 in my case two weeks in my case two weeks: RD 01/29/02 ND 02/11/02 FP 04/12/02 EAC-02-108-5XXXX Actually, my lawyer filed on Jan 28 and they put the RD as Jan 29 onto my notice, the notice date (ND) itself was two weeks after I filed.
