How long will it take to get approved after assigning to an IIO officer ?.

When i contacted NSC in the first week of August, i was told that my case was assigned to an officer and she told me it might take 2 - 3 weeks to take decission on my case but so far nothing has happened.

Should i have to call again or wait for some more time ?.

Please advice if anyone had this kind of situation.
