I filed 485 last June and fingerprinted last Nov. recently I received letter asking for salary stubs and W2/tax form the last 2 years. My question is: how long will it take to get 485 approved after giving them what they asked? Thanks.
sorry I don\'t know have anwser to your question. But I would like toknow why did U not submit the paystops and tax returns when U filed for I485 ? I have submitted those documents? Didn\'t your attorney ask for it ?
