Hi
my priority date is not correct in INS records and they have put wrong priority date in I140. Whenever I call IIO ,the reply is same that \'your priority date is not current\', but it is current now.
we have send a letter to correct the records. How long will it take for INS to correct it and is there any other way we can speed the process.Anyone is having prior experience or suggestions ,please post it
