How long will DOS take to update case details

It has been two weeks since DOS office at Missouri received my J-1 waiver forms. But when I try to check status of my case at DOS website, it says no information is available. Does anyone know how long it will take to update CASE details on DOS website?

Thanks Dheeraj. I think The Indian Enabssy also has sent DOS the NOC. That means they should open my file though they have not updated it online.
