Your medicals are valid until the date of approval of your case. This is made possible by the annual memoranda issued by USCIS since 2004. They say that the medicals are valid until the date of approval of your case and this policy is valid until January 1, 2007. With all probability they will issue another memo shortly to say that this policy is valid until January 1, 2008, and so on and so forth until there aren't backlogs.spiicy said:
