How long VSC takes to send receipt notice?

My lawyer applied my 485/AP/EAD (140 approved already)last week to VSC.
Does any one know how long VSC takes to send the receipt notice? Any recent filers out there who got receipt notice?

I don't know what the norm is but I filed on 03/15/2006 and only yesterday the checks were cashed. Probablly will get the receipt notice in mail today.

Did you get just one receipt for all the forms (EAD/AP/485 etc) and receipt # for each of these forms separately?

Each of EAD,AP and 485 have a seperate receipt number.

I got receipt for EAD within a week.

I sent on March 25, 2006 from Long Island, NY to Vermont

Received the receipt on 4/1/2006

They received it on 3/27/06
receipt date : 3/28/06


Post mark date on envelope 3/30/06

surprisingly . .they approved it on 4/5/2006. Too fast..

hope they clear 485 too
