How long to recevie RFE docs..

I am wondering if there is any understanding about how long does it usually takes to receive RFE doc after the online message changes. Also RFE and NOID do they ahve same status message and is it for 485 or 140. IN other words for RFE i saw we did sent a request for additional evidence or information blah blah .... Can some body point who received a NOID what status message they saw and how it happened.
