Just a quick update. I checked the AVM last Thursday (8/2/01) and learnt that an RFE was issued on my case on 8/1/01 (EB1, RD 8/29/00, ND 9/25/01, FP 11/00, Country: Others - details registered at http://www.immitracker.com/vsc).
Lawyer stated that they haven\'t received RFE as of today (8/7/01) and their guess is that RFE relates to employment letter as INS wants to confirm that my company is still interested in employing me.
My questions are:
1. How long before RFE received by lawyer?
2. How long to adjudicate case after INS receives response to RFE?
Any thoughts are welcome.
