How long to receive passports?

Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the passports back from NYC?
We sent our passports on 14th feb and waiting.

Update

Just to update the thread, I received my passports today from NYC.
NYC RD: 15th Feb 05
I received them back on 24th Feb 05.

Yes I did send a return express mail flat rate envelop along with the passports.
