How long to receive AP after approval? Who receives it, Lawyer or my address?

You should typically receive the original in 4-5 days. Lawyer gets a copy.
My AP RD is 11/5/2003 and it's still not approved.
Would the lawyer receive copy of AP?
Can that be used, instead of original?
Recently, I changed my address thru NCSC. So, I am not sure where the AP will be sent.
So, far all communications like Receipt notices and even FP1 and FP2 notices have been just sent to my lawyer, I never received anything, even copies.
