How long to get the RTD from approval

Does anyone know how long does it take to get the RTD in your hand after its approved. My CAse for RTD was approved on Sep 24th, 2004 and I haven't received the document yet. I am nervous as hell. I dont want this to get lost! Please make me calm down by telling me it takes a week or so?
I know u.s mail takes 2 business days from nebraska. Please respond

How long is the average waiting time now?from applying to approval?
Is it shorter than 6 months?
