I did I90 last October to correct a printing error. Called CA INS last Friday and was told that "the card was returned because it couldn't be delivered by USPS". I got the case number and verified that the status was as IIS said. IIS said I would receive the card in 3-4 weeks. My questions:
Would the status of Automatic System change again in the process? What will be the new message? Usually how long can I receive the card? I still don't know why the card couldn't be delivered --- I live in the same place all the time.
