How long to get plastic card after approval

Hi Gurus

My 485 was approved on May 2nd 05.went to the local office in a weeks time and stamped the passport.
I ahd given my finger print in 2004 MAy (all fingers) and agian they took the finger print(one finger) when when for stamping 551.

My question is will I need to go for another finger printing?
How long it will take me to get the plastic card.

All these in NSC

Did you get an email/message got updated saying they have sent you the card? if so, then you should get it within 10 days.
