Hello Guys,
I was waiting for a while to see when i will be picked by TSC.

Cat --> EB2 RIR
PD --> Dec 1999
RD --> Aug 2001
ND --> Oct 2001
FP --> Mar 2003
AD --> ?????????????????

By the FP dates it loks like you should have been approved. Hope soon ...

Me too. RD: 6/22/01 ND: 7/16/01 FP: 1/21/03. I am really depressed.

Stuckintexas, Did you do anything about your FP expiring in 2 months?
 
Cannot do anything.

Well, nothing much can be done. If FP expires, someone hopefully will realize that and issue a new FP notice. Then do the new FP and wait in line and hope for approval. The situation is pathetic.

Cannot follow-up or complain. What cannot be changed must be endured.

BTW, Participated in all the compaigns. Hope they are working atleast for some. Soon may be our turn.
 
call the 800 number

CAll 800 number or do some thing to activate your file.
may be file an EAD or AP.
Or call for AP or EAd or if status as reported in their web site od wrong.

Time to take an action.
 
Useless all the way..

My company immigration person is horrible, my attorney is like an extension of National Customer Service.

Tried calling the 800 number. You know the answer!

Trying other ways.
