How long to get EAD and AP

My I-140 has not been approved but the lawyers have filed for I-485 also, thanks to the new law. Along with 485, they filed for AP and EAD. How long will it take for me to get these documents ? Lawyers say that it take 3 months but I have read a number of posts here which say it should not take more than 2-3 weeks. Which info is correct ? Thanks
