How long to get corrected card?

I did I90 to correct an error on the card. I'm wondering how long I have to wait before receiving the new card. The old card was taken away by the IIO and the passport was stamped again for one year.

Are such cases processed at the same speed as new cards?

Hi,
I want to file I-90 at San Jose local office to correct errors on GC.
Then, after sometime, INS will mail a receipt number to me or at local office give me the receipt number directly?
If I move to east bay(Fremont ....), can I still go to San Jose local office to file I-90, since the original I-89 was done at San Jose?
