How long to get certified LC once certified by DOL ?

Howdy,

I am looking forward to my LC copy. As I was checking DOL website
on a daily basis it's been approved on Aug/31/2007, i.e. 4 to 5 weeks
ago, so I am wondering how long until I (or the attorney's office) get
the certified copy from DOL.

I was told DOL has 90 days to mail it, but it seems an awful long
time to print something and put in an envelope.... anyway, I am
getting way too anxious :D
