My EAD1 and AP1 is expiring in Nov 2004
I had applied for EAD2 and AP1 in June 2004.
VSC issued a RFE asking
- Why am I applying for EAD2 and AP2 so early. Have you lost the card.
- If it is just early renewal, Do you want us to proceed with the AP2 and EAD2 ?
Kind of strange, but my attorneys replied back stating that it was a renewal and please issue EAD2 and AP2.
The reply from the attorneys to the REF was recieved by VSC on Sept 21.
How long does it take for VSC to respond back ?
