How Long Till 485 Rfe?

GUYS,

I'M A CSC CONCURRENT FILER EB3 I-140/I-485 RD 7/1/4

ON 3/14/05 MY I-140 GOT APPROVED (THANK GOD)...
BUT THERES NO NEWS ... NO LUD ON MY 485!?!

WE HAVE NOT DONE OUR MEDICAL YET , SO I'M EXPECTING RFE.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE RFE FOR MEDICAL AFTER I-140 APRROVE DATE?

I too am a CSC Concurrent Filer EB3 I-140/I-485 RD 7/1/04. We're in the same boat,
and I got my I-140 approved on 2/25/05 but no updates on my I-485 since 12/14/04.

You may get RFE for medical, but I suspect they're approving the I-140 in concurrently
filed cases if there's a pending issue on I-485 like FBI name check. Unfortunately this
goes against the definition and approval criteria for concurrently filed cases.

I guess I was referring to the March 2004 USCIS memo which indicated I-140 and I-485 will be concurrently adjudicated if filed concurrently. I've since learned that the
Yates memo issued on Dec 29th 2004 has rescinded the March 2004 memo :

No wonder I am seeing a lot of I-140 approvals with no I-485 approvals lately...though a few do seem to trickle in for concurrent approvals.

Got The Email For Additional Information For The 3 Ofus (me, Spouse & Daughter)

What Is The Standard Rfe?

Hope They Just Ask For Medical !
