How long they take for decision?

Dear all,
How long does it normally take for an IO to decide on any case once they start working on it? I have LUDs on 11/10, 11/13, 11/14, and 11/15 and there is no status change or decision yet. Any suggestion based on your experience will be appreciated.

BIO3 done: 2 Mar 2006
LUDs: 11/10, 11/13, 11/14, 11/15
 
From 6 months to 6 years

I know both cases. People how have been extremely lucky and gotten their Green Card in 6 month and others who have been waiting for years and years. I had to wait for 3 years. Each case is treated diferent.
