Here are my case details.
WAC-03-045-*****
I-485 ND:Nov 23 2002 (non - Concurrent)
2 Ead's and 2 Ap's.

Most Current Activity:

RFE Received by CSC : Apr 15 2004 (EVL,W2,PAYSTUBS etc)
2nd FP : July 1st 2004.

Last LUD Change : 7/5/2004 : FP Results Received !

Should i start sending level 1 fax enquiry ??

Please advise mango_pickle,kashmir any ideas .

You should be approved soon, since you already had both RFE , 2nd FP.

Ask your lawyer to enquire for you. It works better.
 
We are in the same boat. I did 2nd FP on 7/1/04 also and LUD changed twice, 7/5 and 7/9. Then the case slept again. By the way, I did not get any RFE and my case is WAC 03-003-XXXX. Hope to finish this long journey soon! Really tired and frustrated!.... :confused: :( :mad:
 
Long? :) A couple of people waiting from Nov 01, just to put things in perspective. Not to say a couple of years isn't long, but hey it is still better off than 90 % of the people out there. I am a 03-001 case myself and yet to see a 2FP let alone RFE. :)
 
I am WAC03 007 myself. Waiting for 2nd FP

I believe once you've done your 2nd FP's you're at the end of the line for the most part - some do get RFE's and other don't - but the end is nigh :D

Wang i got RFE way back in march and replied to it in april and after that i got 2nd FP request!!.
