Hi. everybody...
First, I was F-1 status before I got married to US citizen last year. After marriage, I filed I-130, I-485 at the same time on Feb. 4, 2003, at Los Angeles.
I can't hear any notification of Interview date. However I got AP, and Work Permit.
1. Is there any problem if I don't maintain the full-time student?
(My school international advisor recommended me to maintain full-time. Is it only recommendation or mandatory?)
2. Is it true that my F-1 VISA isn't valid any more after applying to I-485(Green Card)?
If so, I don't have any valid VISA now?
3. How long should I wait for the interview? Can it be more than one year at Los Angeles? If so, do I have to re-apply for EAD(Work Permit) again?
