My friend got rfe for employement letter(July filer)
He responded last month and INS received rfe on 28 September. How long it will take to get approve. He is planning for a trip outside US next month. Does he get the approval or he needs to apply for AP now to local office. What r the doc needed for the local INS office to issue Advance Parol in mineapolise.
