Our I485 application has been approved on May 17.I need to go for stamping at Newark. We already planned to go to India on June 2nd week.But according to new rule, what if they take AP back? Can I postpone stamping for two more months? Will there be any problem? How long we can avoid stamping? Could anyone help me in this? Thanks
