My relative is on H-1, and is on unpaid vacation outside US for about 7 months. He has a letter from the employer stating he is employed full time with them and he is traveling for a personal reason. His H-1 is valid till Aug.'09.
Will there be any problem at POE if he comes back to US in 2-4 weeks? Was anybody in such a situation? His last paystub is from Nov. '07.
