I live in Orange County, LA and will file my N-400 next month (90 days prior to 5 years as PR). I heard that San Francisco field office is faster than LA field office. Here are my questions:
1. How long will it take (assuming everything is fine with my file, nothing is bad) for LA field office to process N-400 from the date they receive until I receive my Naturalization Certificate?
2. Is it possible to ask TSC so that my application will be processed in San Francisco field office rather than LA? I don't mind travelling there for interview if it's really much faster.
3. Is it possible to file N-400 together with I-130 for my wife's green card petition (have been married more than 3 years)? My wife is currently a student.
4. How long will it take for I-130 itself?
