How long my company needs to prepare I140 filing?

New Member
The company attorney informed me that my PERM (EB2) has been
approved.
Now I ask him to prepare my I140 filing.
So usually how long he may need to prepare well
to file my application?
One week? Two weeks?
Since I do not see there are many documents he require
to collect or process from the checklist.

If lwyr has all required documents from u and u r employer, to prepare 140 it takes 1 day. u r employer has to sign prepared docs, then lwyr would submit those docs.
so calculate the time depends on u r employer and lwyer communication.
