How long Medical Exam Result Acceptable

Hello,

How current Medical Exam needed for I-485 application?
Hopefully, I will get my citizenship by early 2010 and be able to file GC for my wife right away. If she does the Medical Exam sometimes October/November, will it still be acceptable for 2010 I-485 application?
