How long it takes to receive RFE

Hey guys
How long it takes to receive RFE? AVM and online status was updated on Oct 15 that RFE was send. Not received yet. Does it go to lawyer or it comes to the applicant.

RFE goes to attorney, I have friend who got RFE issued on Oct 16th and attorney got it yesterday.

So yours is close to this, anytime soon.
