How long it takes to get Receipt Notice for I-485 (marriage based)

Hi,

I'm filling my application from Virginia (Vermont Center).
My Paralegal says that it takes 90-120 days to receive the initial Receipt Notice for 485/765 application. Is that true? :confused:
