Hi guys:

My RFE ( ability to pay ) was recorded on April 30th. I havenot received any decesion. Applicant normally get decesion within a month after they respond RFE, but it is taking so long for my case.

Am I in a good shape? I am much worried about my case. :confused:

I have seen people on this forum getting reply for their RFE in average of 30 days after USCIS recieves the reply to RFE.

Tx2 can give ur co size in terms of no of employees , revnue amount in past 3 years , net income of co. in past 3 years ? were u working for this company ?

I don't think company size matters any more after an RFE is issued. You need to have proper documentation to show that the company in fact had money to pay the stated salary on the day Labor ETA 750 was signed. You have already sent your RFE why worry...just wait for the result.

I am going to do the same since my RFE response was received on June 7th. Nothing we can do about the result. Sit back and relax till the D-day.
