How long it takes to get an interview for H1b in Toronto

Hi Guys,
I am working on My H1b Visa. I did not get the prober documents yet so I can not check online to see when is the next available time for interview.
Could any body tell me how ling are the waiting times now for H1b interview. Is there any slot available in the next 6 weeks or it is so crowded.

Does matter if I have a PR card from Canada.
