How long it takes to get an interim EAD in my local INS office? get it the same day?
Ok here its the deal, i got married to a us citizen and applied for an i-485 (change of status), an i-130 and my i-765 on august of 2005 (non of them have been approved or denied)
The one that worries me more is the i-765 (i need to work) and is my first EAD ever, i recived my receipt notice almost 6 months ago but i havent recive any biometrics notice or something like that, so i guess i can ask for an interim EAD
My question is: how long it takes for me to get and interim EAD if i go to my local immigration center? is not a renewal because i didnt have an EAD before but my case has not been approved or denied and more than 90 days passed already, if is gonna take too long to get an Interim EAD i better keep waiting for the original one
