How long it takes to get 45 day letter ?

Recently my attorney office mentioned my documents have been moved
to Texas Backlog cleaing center.MY RIR laboR was filed in June 2003.
So far we haven't received 45 day letter. I wonder who are getting those letters I.E how long it takes .Can you share your waiting time line and status of this letter?
Or is there any place to track this puzzle?

This is wher you have a tracking excel sheet where you have to post your inforamtion just like others and see if any one close to your PD did get a letter.
FYI. sending letters is totally random. People with similar PD my have got there letter 1 month back and still i have not got any.
