How long it takes for NSC to process AP

Has anybody applied for AP at NSC recently.
Can you please post the RD and AD?

My lawyer told that the AP can be issued from the local INS. So i stayed cool until I approached local INS on Nov 14th. I was told that I need to send it to NSC and I had to eventually. My application was received at NSC on Nov 15th.

I need to travel on Jan 3rd. Does anybody see a chance of this getting approved by Jan 3rd?

Just to give you a rough idea....my RD was OCT 04 & Approval was NOV 15, i got it in hand from my lawyer on NOV 26
