How long it takes for a IIO to approve a case or send RFE??

About a week ago, I spoke with a IIO and she told me that my case was under review and waiting for decision. But now I still hear the same message from the INS auto mesg system, neither the "case has been approved" nor "RFE has been sent". What\'s going on??? I immagine it shouldn\'t take a officer a couple of days to browse through my file?! I\'m very frustrated and depressed, don\'t know where is the end of this long journy....

My RD is 05/99, I am also waiting desperately.
There are lot of people ahead of us who did not get approved.
Do not get depressed because it will not take you anywhere,
Just cheer and hope for the best.
