I was curious how long does it take to get approved after you do the biometrics??? I 'm scheduled for 27th September. My ND is August 2002. I did RFE last week. Thanks

varies from person to person but should not be too long.
02 Cases might get approved before 00 & 01 Cases according to an insider
A friend of mine who works for USCIS in Atlanta told me that some late cases might get approved beofere the old ones. The reason for this is they are distributing asylee cases to different groups and officers and the speed of approval differes according to the case load of the officer or group assigned. That is the reason for this RFEs and BIOs coming out without following first come first serve . . . But according to him all of us who are eligible will have the approvals before the Presidents promise date for under 6 months processing time for any application.
